When can I play Yukiboo?
Yukiboo is coming soon to Google Play and the App Store. This page will link to the stores as soon as the game is live.
Which devices does Yukiboo run on?
Yukiboo is made for Android phones and tablets first. The iPhone and iPad version will follow on the App Store.
Does Yukiboo cost money?
Yukiboo is planned to be free to download, with optional in-app purchases and an optional monthly Pip Club subscription. Purchases are always made through Google Play or the App Store, and you can turn on purchase approval in your store settings.
How do I race with my friends?
Open the Party screen, then invite your friends with an invite link or your party code. When everyone is ready, you start the race together. Races have up to four riders.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for races with other players, parties, friends, leaderboards and keeping your progress on your account.
How is my progress kept?
Your progress is linked to your Yukiboo account automatically. Keep the game installed on your device. If something looks wrong with your progress, write to us and include your display name and friend code (you can find the code on the Friends screen).
A purchase did not arrive. What can I do?
First open Settings > Restore purchases in the game. If the item is still missing, email us with the order number from your Google Play or Apple receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the store you bought from. Ask for a refund through Google Play or Apple. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
How do I cancel Pip Club?
Pip Club renews every month until you cancel it in your store account. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. On iPhone or iPad: open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your club benefits last until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens to Pip Club if I delete the game or my account?
Deleting the game or your account does not stop the subscription, and the store keeps billing you. Cancel Pip Club in Google Play or your Apple ID subscriptions first (see above). Refunds for past payments go through Google Play or Apple.
How do I turn notifications off?
Go to Settings > Notifications in the game to choose which ones you get, or turn them off for Yukiboo in your phone settings.
How do I turn off analytics?
Go to Settings > Privacy and switch Analytics off. Read more in our privacy policy.
Someone is being rude or cheating. What should I do?
You can block a player in the game. To report someone, email hello@wabomo.com with their display name and what happened. We review every report.
How do I delete my account?
In the game, go to Settings > Account > Delete account. You can also ask us by email. See delete your account for the full steps.
